These terms govern your use of Letsure, operated by Daniel Sessions as a sole trader trading as Letsure. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Letsure is currently in public beta. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to its fitness for a particular purpose. Features may change or be removed, and the service may experience downtime, during the beta period.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
You agree not to use Letsure to:

Ownership of the inspection reports, notes, and photos you create remains with the account holder who created them. By using Letsure, you grant us the right to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you and the other parties to the relevant tenancy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Letsure and Daniel Sessions accept no liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by negligence, where the law does not permit such limitation.
You may stop using Letsure and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or misuse the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example as Letsure moves out of beta. If we make material changes, we'll notify active users by email before the changes take effect.
